  • We are excited for you to experience this historic gem that has been lovingly
    maintained and renovated.  Our circa 1750 sandstone farmhouse is nestled in the
    peaceful village of Lampeter, which is in the heart of Amish country and centrally
    located to many of Lancaster County's attractions.
  • This gorgeous home boasts many modern conveniences alongside a tasteful mix of  
    antiques that will provide you with an eclectic experience and a true sense of the
    history of the Carpenter House.  There are four bedrooms and three full bathrooms.  
    Two bedrooms have king sized beds, one has a queen bed, and finally there are two
    twins.  On the first floor there is a comfy pull-out couch in addition to a full bath.  
  • Relax in the comfortable living room where you can stretch out on a plush couch and
    read or watch the large screen plasma TV.  In the combination office and game room
    you can challenge each other to friendly games of foosball and cards or browse the
    internet using the high-speed connection.  There is also a pull out sofa and full bath
    connected to this room.
  • The gorgeous and roomy kitchen has top of the line Bosch appliances, granite
    countertops, and lovely custom cabinetry.  It is stocked with all the essentials you
    will need to prepare meals for the whole family.
  • Directly off the kitchen is a breathtaking screen porch, which leads out to the
    swimming pool.  The porch is large enough for the entire family and is furnished with
    style and comfort.
